The successful 3 day test saw the team undertake further systems and performance testing ahead of the 2019/20 FIA World Endurance Championship with some 1400 km covered over the three days, a total of more than 3000km completed across three tests at Motorland Aragon, Spa Francorchamps and now Paul Ricard.
Factory drivers Charlie Robertson and Mike Simpson were on driving duty alongside additional professional drivers with news imminent on the driver line-ups for the coming season.
The team will return to their Garforth, Yorkshire, UK base where both the car from the Paul Ricard test and its sister G60 will be fitted with the latest specification AER P60C turbocharged 6 cylinder engines.
Both cars will then take part in the FIA WEC Prologue test at the Circuit de Catalunya in Barcelona, Spain from July 23-24 before the World Endurance Series proper gets underway at Ginetta’s home race at Silverstone on 1 September.

The car ran fast and totally reliably for all three days in very hot conditions at Paul Ricard. It was a hugely valuable test that sets us up for the Prologue later this month and the season to follow.
I’m looking forward to seeing both cars run in Spain and to revealing details of our plans for the season.”
