Job Profile
We are looking to recruit a Part Sales Co-ordinator in our growing aftersales department.
This is an office-based role with opportunities to travel to motorsport events to work on our dedicated parts truck. Previous work in this type of role would be beneficial.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Process day to day sales enquiries received by phone, e-mail & website
- Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance during the parts ordering process
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent parts sales service
- Making sure that you have a high accuracy of stock management & can raise any issues encountered in a timely manner
The Successful candidate will have:
- A strong work ethic
- The ability to work independently and proactively
- A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
- The ability to perform under pressure
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Mainly Excel & Word)
- Experience using Sage 200 (beneficial but not essential)
- In possession of a driving licence (beneficial but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills
