Sales Executive
About the role:
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join our growing commercial team in Garforth, specialising in the sale of our race car products and associated programmes. As part of the role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling incoming enquiries and converting interest into confirmed race car sales. You will also support customer retention across our racing ladder and aftersales activities.
As Sales Executive, it will be your job to:
- Manage inbound and outbound sales enquiries relating to race cars and racing programmes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Guide customers through the full sales journey from enquiry to delivery
- Present and explain vehicle specifications, performance data and race programme structures
- Attend race weekends, test days and events to support driver recruitment and networking
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms in line with business objectives
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Follow up leads, dormant contacts and previous drivers to encourage repeat business
- Work closely with production, marketing and operations departments
- Support race programme sales, including driver packages and seat availability
- Uphold brand standards and deliver a premium customer experience at all times
The successful candidate will:
- Demonstrate previous experience in automotive sales, motorsport, karting, or a performance automotive environment
- Have a genuine passion and understanding for racing, motorsport and performance vehicles
- Show strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Be confident speaking with high net worth individuals and motorsport customers
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be organised and capable of handling multiple leads and customer journeys simultaneously
- Have a professional, presentable manner and represent the brand positively at events
- Be target driven and motivated by performance-based commission structures
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Be comfortable working some weekends and travel to race events when required
- Have basic understanding of vehicle specifications and technical language (gearboxes, chassis, data, tyres, setup, etc.)
- Have strong computer skills including Outlook, Excel and general IT systems

Kitchen Cook: Blyton Park

Like most modern circuits, Blyton Park started life as an airfield. Opened on 20 April 1942 as RAF Blyton, it was home to 2,355 service personnel during the Second World War. The airfield was acquired by motorsport enthusiast Richard Usher in March 2011 before being repurposed as a one and a half mile tarmac circuit. Two months later, Blyton Park Driving Centre opened for business.
Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Kitchen Cook to join our small café team. The café operates between 7:00am and 4:00pm, with start and finish times varying depending on daily activity. The number of working days will also vary week to week from two days up to seven so flexibility is key. Weekend availability is essential, as these are our busiest times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food to a high standard in line with our set menu and daily specials.
- Plan and execute daily specials, ensuring creativity and quality.
- Manage kitchen stock levels, ensuring ingredients are ordered in time for upcoming days.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including participating in a monthly deep clean and keeping accurate daily prep and cleaning records.
- Operate safely and efficiently in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Serve customers at the counter and confidently operate a POS/till system (SumUp).
- Work well as part of a small, friendly team and independently when required.
About You:
- Hold a Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate (essential).

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team from January 2026. This is a flexible, part-time role that offers hours to suit the site’s operational needs – generally a couple of hours per day, with increased hours during the busier summer season.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out high standards of cleaning across all site areas, including toilets and showers
- Briefing room
- Office
- Race control
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene before opening (from 6:30am) or after closing (from 4:30pm), depending on site activity.
- Work flexibly across most days of the week, adjusting hours in line with seasonal demand.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and consumables, reporting stock levels to management.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the relevant staff promptly.
- Ensure all cleaning is carried out safely and efficiently, following health and safety guidelines.
About You:
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Flexible with working hours and available to meet changing site demands.
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential training can be provided.
- Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Championship Coordinator

An opportunity has come up to take a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our annual championships:
Primary Responsibilities
Championship Planning
- Coordinate Ginetta Championships calendar, liaising with circuit, promoters and key stakeholders
- Manage deadlines and deliverables for each event
Event Coordination
- Support the organisation and delivery of race weekends, including scheduling, logistics, paddock planning and briefing material
- Attend all championship rounds, acting as the key point of contact for teams, officials and partners
Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate records, including entry lists, results, reports
- Manage team registrations, licences, insurance documents and payment tracking
Media and promotion support
- Coordinate with marketing and media team to ensure accurate championship information
- Assist in gathering drivers and team information
Experience & Knowledge
- Experience in motorsport event coordination – minimum 2 years preferred
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experienced in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel, including weekends

The successful candidate’s key responsibilities will include:
- TIG welder/fabricator to work in the Fabrication Department
- To assist the fabrication team with the build schedule of fabricated components
- To manufacture components using technical drawings
- TIG weld mild and stainless steel
- Sub-assembly of fabricated components including use of jigs

Job profile
We are currently looking to recruit a Junior TIG Welder to work as a team member in our Fabrication department at Ginetta Cars in Garforth, Leeds.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist the fabrication team with the build schedule of TIG welded and fabricated components
- To manufacture components using technical drawings
- T.I.G weld mild steel
- Sub-assembly of fabricated components including use of jigs
- Jig maintenance
- Part preparation
- To report all noted abnormalities at any company workplace that could possibly lead to either material or personal damage and to take immediate measures to minimise the risk thereto.
Key Requirements:
- Basic TIG welding skills
- Basic fabrication skills
- Basic knowledge and understanding of welding and fabricating tools
- Good mechanical knowledge
- Passion and enthusiasm of Motorsport advantageous but not essential

QC Inspector
Job Profile
Ginetta is looking for a QC Inspector who will ensure that all inspection, documentation and testing activities within our organisation are completed in an accurate manner and that all materials received into the company have been confirmed to meet required specifications.
Job duties:
- Point of contact to ensure that all material supplied into the organisation meets the required standards established by drawings, specifications and similar documentation.
- Completing inspection and quality assurance activities in Goods Inwards
- Supporting the shop floor by supplying accurate feedback on any manufacturing errors
- Conducting measurement analysis work for various departments as and when required
- Inspect sampling and establishing risk with new levels of inspection density.
- Management of the instruments, measurement tools and calibration.
- Completing inspections, assessments and providing documented reports clearly identifying deficiencies and non-conformance to specifications and drawings.
- Completion of technical machine shop inspection using 3D CMM measuring equipment (in addition to basic mechanical measurement activities).
- Complete reports to sign off
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working within a high precision manufacturing background
- Excellent communication skills
- Designing, reviewing and updating quality control policies and procedures
- Ensuring quality check procedures are followed at every stage of production
- Creating and modifying CMM programmes on QCT
- Reviewing existing procedures to ensure they meet required standards
- Maintaining documentation of procedural changes
- Collaborating with external vendors and suppliers to ensure that they meet quality standards
- Supporting the shop floor by supplying accurate feedback on any manufacturing errors
- Conducting measurement analysis work for various departments as and when required.
Qualifications/experience required:
- Understanding and experience in interpreting engineering drawings, certifications and standard requirements
- Knowledge and understanding of a variety of manufacturing processes and ability to evaluate and problem solve
- Ability to quickly establish and where appropriate, further develop effective relationships with key internal staff.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with challenging situations

GRP Laminator

About the role:
We are recruiting for a self-motivated GRP laminator to join our Ginetta team of fibre glass laminators. You will be producing the bodywork for a large number of production road and race cars, supporting the manufacturing plant.
As a GRP laminator, it will be your job to:
- Clean/Wax/Prep moulds for lay up
- Apply various agents/material identification
- Gel coat application/laminate
- Carry out general housekeeping duties- changing barrels/filling recycling bins/unpacking goods-in deliveries
The successful candidate will:
- Be self-motivated, be able to work alone as well as part of a team, with the flexibility to
- meet deadlines.
- Have great work ethic, taking pride in their work and being punctual
- Be eager to learn and develop
- Previous experience of using hand tools
- Have a background in engineering
- 1 year+ experience of working with fibreglass.
Although a good GRP background is preferred it is not essential, provided candidates have a good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
