Charlie heads into the new campaign aiming to build upon a best result of eighth during the Donington Park season finale. The 27 year old will be running as a privateer entrant with support from Elite Motorsport and headline sponsor Pristine Condition International.\n <\/p>\n
Charlie Budd: \u201c2019 wasn’t easy making the transition from front to rear wheel drive machinery, but after a positive first year and some good winter testing with Elite Motorsport I feel much more prepared for the 2020 season.<\/i>\n <\/p>\n

Older brother Daniel meanwhile also secured his highest finish of the campaign at Donington with tenth position and he has signed fully with Elite Motorsport this year, with backing from K2 Recruitment, KC Autocolours, The Real Mini Company and React. <\/p>\n
Daniel Budd: \u201c2020 will be my first season being run by a team and this is going to be a completely different approach for me in my racing. I feel it is one that will help me make the progress required to move up the grid through and I\u2019m excited for the season ahead.\u201d<\/i>\n <\/p>\n
Packed grids and close racing makes the Protyre Motorsport Ginetta GT5 Challenge a popular entry-level championship for many aspiring GT racers.
