They are returning to the series with another Welshman this season, as Rolling gets set to embark on his first full season of racing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Ascot-based driver made his race debut in 2024, contesting selected events across multiple championships. He enjoyed an impressive start, scoring class podium finishes in both the MSV Track Day Trophy and Snetterton Saloons Series.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1103\" height=\"736\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ginetta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/James-Rolling-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6451\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ginetta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/James-Rolling-1.jpg 1103w, https:\/\/www.ginetta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/James-Rolling-1-800x534.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.ginetta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/James-Rolling-1-550x367.jpg 550w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1103px) 100vw, 1103px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4>James Rolling: <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cI\u2019m very excited about the season ahead and can\u2019t wait to add to the couple of days of testing I had at the end of last year. I\u2019ve felt so welcomed into the Fox family ever since Sean Doyle \u2013 who\u2019s been coaching me \u2013 introduced me to the team.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cThe Ginetta feels so much more planted than any of the other racing cars I\u2019ve driven.<\/em> <em>I think that\u2019s going to be very good for helping build confidence as we go on. I\u2019m a naturally competitive person so of course I want to do well in the Am class.<\/em> <em>But<\/em>,<em> the main targets are to learn as much as I can and have fun doing it.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Paul McNeilly, Fox Motorsport: <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cThe Ginetta GT Championship provided us with huge success in 2024 as we won it with Mckenzie Douglass.<\/em> <em>We\u2019re very pleased to be back with James Rolling, a new driver to the Fox family and to Ginetta racing.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cJames has learned a lot very quickly in the couple of days of testing he\u2019s completed with us so far<\/em>. <em>He\u2019s a competitive guy by nature.<\/em> <em>So, we know he\u2019ll do whatever he can to develop his driving quickly as possible, get as close to the front of the Am class as possible and keep pushing for ever-better results. We\u2019re looking forward to being a part of that.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Edge [main image] meanwhile is the latest driver to choose the GT Academy for the start his car-racing career. He has plenty of experience in motorsport, recently as a team manager. Now, he will be swapping the pitwall for the drivers\u2019 seat for the first time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Joe Edge: <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cI\u2019m really excited to be joining the Ginetta GT Academy with W2R. After years working outside the car, it\u2019s great to be able to be behind the wheel in a fantastic championship. I\u2019m not only looking forward to the racing, but also the wonderful Ginetta hospitality at each event!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 2025 Ginetta GT Academy grid will feature an exciting partnership between leading teams Paradine Competition and Xentek Motorsport. We will see ten-time Ginetta champions Xentek prepare the G56 GTA\u2019s raced by the previously announced Paradine drivers Alex Deighton and Shiv Sapra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Christopher Richards, Xentek Motorsport: <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cWe\u2019re delighted to be linking up with Simon, Darren and the team at Paradine Competition for the 2025 Ginetta GT Academy.
