We are looking to recruit a Junior Wiring Technician to join our growing electrical department. Although predominantly team based, you must also have the ability to work on your own with the flexibility to meet deadlines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a Ginetta Wiring Technician, you will be working to produce wiring looms &amp; harnesses for a number of high-end road and race cars, whilst paying particular attention to the packaging and integration of electrical systems onto the vehicles to optimise performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A background in electronics is preferred but not essential, and any experience\/competencies in other aspects of automotive manufacture is also beneficial. Under the mentorship and experienced guidance of our senior staff, this is the perfect opportunity for a graduate to begin their career in a forward thinking, fast paced, multi-faceted automotive manufacturer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your key responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Great attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to follow work instructions and read technical\/electrical drawings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to manage &amp; maintain a catalogue of electrical hardware<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical skills and ability to diagnose and problem solve<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have good hand dexterity and ability to use a wide range of tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-motivated and have the ability to work autonomously under pressure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have the ability of meeting targets and work in a fast-paced industry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be approachable &amp; have a willingness to develop and learn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent team spirit and work ethic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good Engineering understanding and appreciation towards manufacturing practices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>General good housekeeping ethic &amp; abide to Health &amp; Safety policies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Salary will be dependent upon previous experience (if any). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Opportunities for career progression within the department and the wider business are possible<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_links_to":"","_links_to_target":""},"class_list":["post-7829","job","type-job","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.4 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Junior Automotive Wiring Technician - Ginetta<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"Job profile We offer a great place to work with fantastic employee benefits including, free parking, pension and much more.
